• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• KYC & Identity Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the transaction for which verification was required.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus three (3) years, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
• Self-Exclusion Records: Retained indefinitely to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players, even after account closure.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, okabc will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures. • Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data okabc holds about you. You can update most account information directly through your okabc account settings.

Please note that certain rights may be limited where okabc is required to retain or process your data to comply with legal obligations — for example, AMLA record-keeping requirements or PAGCOR audit obligations.

Children's Privacy

The okabc Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. okabc does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If okabc discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data collected, and return any deposits to the payment method used, subject to verification.

International Data Transfers

okabc will not transfer your personal data to a foreign country or international organization unless the transfer is authorized under RA 10173 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your rights.

Updates to This Privacy Policy

okabc may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, okabc will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the okabc Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
