These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okabc ("okabc," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okabc online gaming platform available at okabc.club, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the okabc Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by okabc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. okabc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by okabc may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Age Verification: okabc strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines.
To access the full range of okabc services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.
You are permitted to hold only one (1) okabc account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okabc reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okabc login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. okabc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your okabc account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify okabc immediately via the live chat support function. okabc will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
okabc reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where okabc has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided during registration is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
All financial transactions on the okabc Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okabc supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. okabc does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). okabc may require you to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
Payment Method Restriction: okabc does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. All transactions must be conducted through the approved payment methods listed above.
okabc reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. In such cases, okabc will notify you of the reason for the delay to the extent permitted by law.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
okabc may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
By claiming any bonus or promotion offered by okabc, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all okabc promotions include the following:
Bonus Abuse: okabc employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, collusion, and fraudulent wagering patterns. Any account found to be engaging in such conduct will be suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive play may be voided at okabc's sole discretion.
All games available on the okabc Platform — including live casino games, video slots, bingo, and esports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.
okabc's live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real human dealers. Results are determined in real time and are final once the round has concluded. okabc's slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okabc will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, okabc reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance. okabc's decision in such matters is final.
Esports and sports betting markets on okabc are subject to separate betting rules governing settlement, void conditions, and in-play wagering. These rules are available within the relevant betting section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okabc Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
okabc cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement bodies. okabc is required by law to report suspicious transactions and may freeze accounts pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okabc Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okabc.
Any unauthorized use of okabc's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okabc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
okabc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okabc account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okabc does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. okabc will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okabc's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
okabc collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the okabc Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okabc implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and okabc cannot guarantee absolute data security.
okabc may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law. okabc will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
okabc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okabc will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the okabc Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting okabc support.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and okabc, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting okabc's customer support team. okabc will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are registered under PAGCOR's jurisdiction may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
